More people reply
A text from a number they saved, called, or saw on your sign gets opened. A random new number gets ignored or reported.
For agencies and local businesses on their CRM
Send texts and calls from the number already on your sign, cards and Google listing, straight from your CRM. No new number to explain.
Why it works
A text from a number they saved, called, or saw on your sign gets opened. A random new number gets ignored or reported.
You pay per phone, not per message. Your SIM plan covers the texts, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one.
Install the app, type a code, connect your CRM. Use the number your customers already have saved.
A missed call sends an instant text from the same number, and every reply lands on the right contact in your CRM.
Texts and calls sit together on the contact. Your staff stop juggling a personal phone and the CRM.
Automated texts are paced, kept to daytime hours and stopped for anyone who replies STOP, so carriers keep trusting your number.
Before and after
Customers screen it, ignore it, or mark it as spam.
Customers recognise it and reply, because it's you.
Sent and received, plus the monthly number fee. Good campaigns cost more.
Texts are sent on your existing phone plan.
They call the next business on the list.
From your number, while they still have the phone in their hand.
A day with SymoLink
Scroll through a normal Tuesday at a small clinic. Every message goes from the clinic's own number and shows up in the clinic's CRM.
Your CRM workflow sends tomorrow's appointment reminders. SymoLink sends them one by one from your SIM, with a short pause between each.
DeliveredPatients reply to a number they know. The reply lands on the right contact in seconds and can trigger the next step in your workflow.
Reply in your CRMThe front desk is busy. The caller gets "Sorry we missed you! Want to book?" from the clinic's number straight away, and books by text.
Lead savedWith the SymoLink Box beside the phone, staff see who's calling and answer in the browser with a headset. The call is logged on the contact.
Call loggedA reminder for tomorrow’s appointment was scheduled late. SymoLink holds automated messages outside 8am to 8pm, so nobody is woken by one. Replies a person types still go any time.
Waiting until 8:00 AMThey're opted out at once and marked Do Not Disturb in your CRM. No awkward follow-ups, no complaints to your carrier.
Opted outThe money part
SymoLink is a flat price for each phone you connect. The texts themselves are covered by the SIM plan you already pay for.
Pick a SIM plan with unlimited or plenty of texts. SymoLink keeps automated texts to a safe daily pace per SIM (300 a day by default), so for very large blasts a registered bulk service is still the right tool.
Setup
No technician. No number porting. No retraining your staff.
Any Android phone with your business SIM (Android 5.0 or newer). It stays at the office on a charger, like a router.
The app shows a code. Enter it in your SymoLink dashboard. The phone is now linked to your business.
Click Connect, pick your business's account, approve. Your existing workflows and reminders start using your number.
Stuck? The built-in Troubleshoot button checks your billing, the CRM connection, the phone and the line, sends a test, and tells you exactly what to fix.
Sign in to download. The company that set you up gives you the mobile app password.
Every way customers reach you
If the phone loses internet, messages wait and go out when it's back. Nothing gets lost and nobody gets the same text twice.
Needs the SymoLink Box next to the phone.
The SymoLink Box
A small box sits next to your business phone and connects to it over Bluetooth, like a car kit. Calls stay on your SIM; your team picks them up in the browser.

Peace of mind
Every phone checks in all day. If one goes offline, you see it within about a minute.
Automated texts only from 8am to 8pm, a daily limit per SIM, and a gentle start for new numbers.
SymoLink is for texting contacts who expect to hear from you — reminders, follow-ups and replies. STOP is honoured at once and the person is marked Do Not Disturb in your CRM. Senders in the US and Canada accept TCPA and CASL conditions when they sign up. Terms section 8.
Encrypted connections, encrypted login keys, strict separation between businesses, and team roles: admins run the account, users do the daily work.
Your data is backed up every night, encrypted and stored off-site, with restores tested every month.
Cut it off from your account in one click, and link a new one with a fresh code.
After a power cut or restart, the phone app and the box reconnect without anyone touching them.
The Troubleshoot button finds the problem and tells you the fix in plain words.
Our servers are checked every few minutes around the clock, with alerts the moment anything stops.
For agencies
Offer texts and calls from each client's own number without buying a single number. Each client gets their own private space; you see them all from one screen, approve extra phones, and bill it as your own service.

Questions
No. Texts and calls come from the SIM in your phone, so customers see the number they already know.
No. Only the phone at your business needs to be Android. Customers can use any phone, iPhone included. They get normal texts.
Not to SymoLink. You pay per phone each month. The texts are covered by your SIM plan, so choose one with unlimited or plenty of texts.
Messages wait safely and go out in order when the phone is back. You see the phone go offline in your dashboard within about a minute.
No. They keep using your CRM's conversations and your existing workflows. The only difference: customers reply more.
No. SymoLink is for conversations with your own contacts: reminders, follow-ups and replies. For promotions or large campaigns, use a registered bulk service alongside it. See Terms section 8.
They're opted out straight away and marked Do Not Disturb in your CRM, so automated messages stop. If they reply START, they're back in.
Only for calls. Texts work with just the phone.
Per phone. One phone is one seat at $9.97 a month however many SIMs are in it, so a dual-SIM phone covers both numbers for one price.
They are two seats, because they are two devices. Texting is $9.97 a month for the phone. Calls are $9.97 a month for the Box, plus $129 once for the Box itself.
Not today: your cost is $9.97 per seat in use at any volume. What you charge your clients is yours to set, and we never see or cap it. Prices may change as the product grows, with 60 days' written notice.
Monthly, on seats actually in use. Your agency view lists every client's phones and Boxes, with a CSV, so you and we always work from the same number.
The dashboard, yes: your own web address, your logo, your clients never see ours. The Android app is SymoLink-branded today; an app with your own name and icon needs its own build, which comes later.
Yourself. You create client accounts, approve extra phones and Boxes, and remove them again. Nothing waits on us.
You do, and we support you: first reply within 24 hours, faster for an outage. Your clients never contact us directly, so the relationship stays yours.
They keep them. The numbers are their own SIMs in their own phones, bought from their own mobile network — nothing is leased from us, so there is nothing to hand back and nothing to port. You also get a full data export and time to move.
Start with one phone for $9.97 a month. Your customers will notice the difference before you do.
